Ownership

– Step 1 –

Connect with us: 

Once you submit an inquiry, a member of our development team will contact you within 24 hours to let you know if the area you’re inquiring about is available. The Development Coordinator will also provide you with an overview of the process and discuss next steps. 

 

– Step 2 –

“Getting to Know You Zoom Call”

The “getting to know you call” is exactly that. This is an opportunity for us to share our stories and determine if there is an initial fit. We will answer any questions you may have and get a better understanding of your goals and timeline. 

 

– Step 3 –

Review our Franchise Disclosure Document

The Franchise Disclosure Document is packed full of great information and contains  a range of topics including investment expectations, background on the company, training, support and will include copies of our Franchise Agreement and Area Development Agreement. We are happy to schedule a call specifically to go over any questions or comments you have in regards to the FDD and corresponding agreements. 

 

– Step 4 –

Attend Discovery Day

It’s time to meet the team! Your Franchise Development Director will schedule your Discovery Day visit to our corporate headquarters in irvine, california. During this event you will meet members of our leadership team and receive and in depth presentation from key departments regarding our franchise opportunity. You will also have an opportunity to visit existing locations to experience both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Come loaded with questions!

 

– Step 5 –

Development Territory Review

After your Discovery Day and if you are approved, you will receive an Area Development Agreement. The Area Development Agreement will detail the proposed development territory, number of units and proposed build out schedule.

 

– Step 6 –

Execute Development Agreement

Now it’s time to execute the agreement, pay the initial territory fees and start looking for real estate!

 

– Step 7 –

Site Selection and Build Out

Our Real Estate and Construction Teams have extensive experience with successful franchisees, and will guide you through every phase of the process. Finding the perfect location is only half the battle. We believe that planning, oversight and execution are just as important! Our team will assist you in finding the location, introducing you to a General Contractor, negotiating the lease and managing the entire build out process.

 

– Step 8 –

Training

Our Training and Operations department will guide your team through a two-phase training program that consists of corporate shop, classroom and on-site restaurant training at your store. Our staff will also be on site during and after the scheduled Grand Opening to ensure everything goes smoothly from day one. 

 

– Step 9 –

Build the Hype

Have you seen our Instagram, Tik Tok and other social media marketing? We KNOW how to drive traffic to your location, and we have perfected it! Using a blend of social media, direct advertising, digital advertising and PR, we will set your grand opening and location up for success.

 

– Step 10 –

Grand opening!

This is your big day! This is the moment you envisioned when submitted your initial inquiry for more information. Don’t worry as our franchise support team will be on site and ready to help you along the way.
