Roll-Em-Up Taquitos inked a development agreement with holding company The Aurora Group for nine locations throughout Riverside County in California. The group, which is also a franchisee of Los Angeles-based concept Silverlake Ramen, plans to open Roll-Em-Up restaurants in Corona, Eastvale, Riverside, Temecula, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Hemet, Murrieta, Moreno Valley, Perris and El Cerrito.
